Forged Prescriptions, Larceny Cases Lead to Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Southington police reported the following arrests: 

Andrew Litwinko, 46, of 81 Field St. in Bristol, was charged with passing a forged subscription, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree larceny, July 19.

Mistene S. Williams, 18, of 193 Summit St. in Plantsville, was charged with four counts of sixth-degree larceny and four counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, July 19.

Joseph E. Testa, 18, of 368 Jude Lane in Southington, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, July 19.
