Police Report Charges in Drug, DUI and Failure to Appear Cases
The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
In a busy couple days for police, more than a dozen people were cited for motor vehicle charges including cell phone violations, passing a standing school bus and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
The Southington Police Department also reported the following arrests:
Guy P. Castonguay, 19, of 17 Trotter Glen in Farmington, was charged with one count of second-degree failure to appear, Feb. 3.
Michael D. Sharp, 27, of 44 Brittany Farms Road in New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of narcotics, Feb. 4.
Michael P. O’Leary, 29, of 109 Pondview Drive in Southington, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, Feb. 6.
Justin L. Daigle, 24, of 12 Regency Court in Southington, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane, Feb. 6.
Jonathan A. Bosco, 25, of 79 Bart Drive in Canton, was charged with one count of second-degree failure to appear, Feb. 6.
William Chan, 33, of 70 Jeremy Woods Drive in Southington, was charged with one count of first-degree failure to appear, Feb. 8.
