Southington High Makes a Splash at Model U.N.

Students served in a variety of government roles at the annual program.

DePaolo’s Model U.N. Club participated in a simulated United Nations Middle School Conference at Bentley College in Massachusetts on Saturday, March 3rd.

The following students were delegates at the conference: James Brino and Catie Wormer, who represented the country of New Zealand; Megan Enright and Kayla Kavanough, who represented the United Kingdom of Great Britain; and John Guzauckas and Alissa Paul who represented Bosnia and Herzegovina.  Students debated world issues on Human Cloning, Environmental Refugees, and the Arab Spring uprisings.

Advisors for the club are Mrs. Moreau and Mr. Leger.
