1. Looking for something to do tonight? Head downtown to the Southington Town Green at 7 p.m. for Music on the Green and a little country and oldies from the BootLeg Band.
2. From the government side, the Ordinance Committee heads back to work today with a meeting at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Southington Town Hall.

4. If you are starting to plan ahead for the weekend, why not take in a movie at the Southington Drive-In? The Aug. 24 feature will be "Smokey and the Bandit."
