The following was submitted by Christopher Palmieri, assistant principal at DePaolo Middle School.
Thanks to the generosity of the DePaolo and Kennedy PTOs, all of the middle school students in town recently enjoyed an inspirational performance from artist Rob Surette.
Rob is the Guinness world record holder for quickest artist and his assembly was designed to encourage the students to make their dreams a reality!

Students from DePaolo Middle School also recently travelled to the to assist Southington’s in preparing for this year’s annual “Unique Botique.”
The students created an assembly line and prepared bags for people attending the event and assisted with setting up. All the money raised from this event will be used to assist families in need in town.
