Boy Scouts to conduct annual food drive

Southington Boy Scouts will be distributing grocery bags this Saturday, Nov. 2 in preparation for the annual food drive to benefit Bread for Life. Residents are encouraged to put groceries in the bags and place them outside their homes on the morning of Nov. 9 when they will be picked up by Boy Scouts. Scout officials said they were proud to be able to help those in need by organizing Bread for Life’s largest annual food drive.
