ConnectiCare’s Denise Kosturko-Roy Recognized as Southington's Chamber Woman of the Year
ConnectiCare, a health plan headquartered in Farmington, is pleased to announce that Denise Kosturko-Roy, Small Group and Individual Account Executive, is being named the Southington Chamber’s Woman of the Year.
Being actively involved in her community has always been a priority for Denise, who, over the years, has been involved with a variety of different community activities, including managing soup kitchens, mentoring and leading church youth groups. She was the third female ever to be inducted into the Southington BPOE Elks Lodge 1669, and has also held board positions with the Southington United Way and Southington Elks Lodge.
As a member of the Southington Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber Women’s Group, Denise actively participates in several events, including the annual Pizza Fest, Wing Fest, Girl’s Night Out and the holiday Adopt A Family.

“I am humbled and honored to be named the Southington Chamber’s Woman of the Year,” said Denise. “I will continue to devote my time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community and help connect women of all career levels.”
The mission of the Chamber of Commerce Women's Group is to promote the individual and professional growth of women members through networking, service exchange and referrals, and to be an influence in the community by offering educational, informative and creative programs for all women.

The Southington Chamber of Commerce will honor Denise, along with other recipients, at their annual dinner on April 26, 2014 at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, Connecticut.
