"Quick Pickup" Holiday Gift Baskets Available at Mrs. G's Shoppe in Waterbury

Award-winning “quick pick-up” holiday gift baskets are now available at Mrs. G’s Shoppe located within The Grotto Restaurant at 634 Watertown Avenue in Waterbury. Marketed under “When the Ordinary Won’t Do”, prices for beautiful “ready to go, quick pick-up” holiday gift baskets begin at $20.95 and are ideal for corporate and personal gift giving. 

For this holiday season, Mrs. G’s is offering the nationally-popular Mrs. Prindable's Signature Apples and special chocolates, plus Robert Rothschild’s delicious dips and spreads. Through December 24th, Mrs. G’s is also offering daily samplings and tastings of the store’s large variety of gourmet foods and treats that are included in their stunning gift baskets plus offerings from The Grotto Restaurant’s menu. 

Named the “Best Gift Baskets” for the past 17 years by the “Waterbury Observer”, Mrs. G’s Gift Baskets offer a variety of sizes, contents and prices. Mrs. G’s popular Gourmet Gift Baskets feature many themes including: Chocolate, Coffee & Tea, Snacks, Fat Free, Low Cholesterol, Sports, New Baby and much more.

Opened by Bernadette Graziosa in December 15, 1989, Mrs. G’s Gift Baskets is celebrating 24 years of notable success. Today, Mrs. G’s Shoppe features 100 different basket and gift options and is offering daily specials through Christmas and is open every day through December 24, 2013. “We have expanded our offerings to include gluten free and organic foods in our baskets, and we continue to offer a variety of unique gifts in our popular gift shoppe which is also located within The Grotto Restaurant.” 

Formerly in banking for 19 years, Bernadette Graziosa turned her successful management and creative skills into creating gift baskets in 1989 stating she would “give it one month.” Within the first ten days she sold 25 baskets between December 15 and 24 “just by putting them out on the counter.” To create her award-winning baskets, Bernadette Graziosa travels each year to food and gift shows nationwide in search of distinctive and beautiful items for her extensive offerings. 

Due to her success, today Bernadette’s husband Joe Graziosa dedicates a portion of The Grotto staff’s valuable time to creating ‘ready-to-go’ gourmet gift baskets for Mrs. G’s Shoppe. “When I first started,” Bernadette Graziosa commented, “Joe was not very enthusiastic, but now we are all enjoying the notable success of this high-quality business for the past 24 years.”
