SOUTHINGTON – Seniors are being offered free transportation to the Healthy Family FunFest on Sunday, Feb. 23, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The buses leave from the Calendar House parking lot, 388 Pleasant St., beginning at 10:30 a.m. and every half hour afterward, and will take passengers to the main entrance of the Aqua Turf Club where the event is being held. Mulberry Gardens of Southington will provide the transportation.
The Healthy Family Fun Fest features health information, speakers, screenings, demonstrations, giveaways and activities for people of all ages. It is sponsored by Central Connecticut Senior Health Services, the Southington YMCA and The Hospital of Central Connecticut.
