Climbing the Mountain of Faith

Faith Living Church has spent the past week hosting “Vacation Bible Study,” a program designed to encourage children from throughout the region to explore their faith in God.

More than 500 children per day have visited the Plantsville church, spending time at specially designed activity stations where they learn about the good in life by watching plays or participating in discussions.

Katrina Judd, a member of the church for the past five year, said with each passing day, more area residents have gotten involved in the program, with children coming from all over by bus to take part. The group is expecting 1,000 people to arrive for Friday’s festivities.
