Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service - Tuesday evening, November 22nd at 7:30 pm at St. Aloysius Church

Come and join the whole town in Southington’s traditional Thanksgiving Service which be held this year at St. Aloysius Church at 254 Burritt Street in Plantsville on Tuesday evening, Nov. 14th at 7:30 pm.

Clergy and lay faithful of Southington's Catholic, Protestant, Jewish and SIKH congregations will lead us in readings from scriptures, prayers, beautiful music provided by the diverse talents of many faith groups and the reading of a town proclamation.

As the pilgrims came together with their native American neighbors of Massachusetts, can we do less? What better way than this is there for us to join our friends and neighbors of all faiths giving thanks for our bountiful blessings of the earth and each other, right here in Southington!

Admission is free with non-obligatory monetary
donations and/or non-perishable food gifts being most welcome. Donations are being given this year to Bread for Life and the Manna Fund to help those among us who find themselves in dire straits this year.  The food items are, as always, shared by Bread for Life, for the Southington Food Pantry.
