Bark for Life

The Southington Relay for Life will be hosting a new event on Sunday, October 14th from 12:00PM to 4:00PM at the Southington Drive In - a Bark for Life!

The Bark for Life is similar to the Relay for Life. It is a fundraising event that honors the lifelong contributions of our canine caregivers.

Anyone with a dog is welcome at the Bark for Life! You and your dog should register and join us!

What goes on at the Bark for Life? There will be a walk, contests (best dog trick, loudest bark, best costume, etc.), vendors, and demonstrations.

Registration Fee: $20 for one dog, $30 for two dogs - each registered dog will receive a Bark for Life bandana. Register on-line at www.relayforlife.org/barksouthingtonct

Anyone raising $100 or more will receive a Bark for Life t-shirt.

All funds raised will go to the American Cancer Society to fund research to find a cure for cancer and fund projects like the Hope Lodges, Road to Recovery, Look Good...Feel Better, Reach to Recovery, and College Scholarships for Cancer Survivors.

For more information, to register in person or to volunteer contact Robin Guzauckas 860-426-1129 or robin@guzauckas.net or Joyce McAloon 860-276-0255.

We kindly request that all dogs must keep their humans on a leash at all times!

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
