Drawing quite a crowd the New England Electric Auto Association held the Connecticut Plug in day at CCSU Sunday. While there was many newer electric cars such at the Leaf and the Volt, there was a good number of Hybrid cars with expanded battery packs and a few vehicles that started out their lives as gas cars but lost their engine for and electric motor and the fuel tank for battery packs.

During the event people where able to talk with owners and a Leaf was available to be driven. Question and answer programs also gave people a chance to learn more about conversion electric vehicles, factory made EVs and Connecticut infrastructure for EVs.
