'Shamrockin' for Kids Aims to Bring Smiles to Sick Children
The Mill Foundation for Kids, Inc., will host their annual gala at the Aqua Turf in March with a special St. Patrick's day theme.
The Mill Foundation for Kids Inc. released the following on Tuesday:
The Mill Foundation for Kids Inc., a 501(c) (3) non-profit community-based, charitable organization, will be having its 6th annual fundraiser dinner on Saturday, March 16th, at the Aqua Turf Club in Southington. ‘Shamrockin’ for Kids will be a St. Patrick’s Day themed dinner dance, which will include raffles baskets, 50/50 raffle and will also feature a live and silent auction. The cost is $75 per person and includes dinner, open bar and dancing.
The mission of the foundation is to ease the burden of children dealing with illnesses by providing toys and other gifts to pediatric facilities for the use of children recovering from illnesses as well as donating funds towards research aimed at eliminating pediatric illnesses.
