Attention Chocoholics!

Join chocolatier Maria Brandriff at the Southington Public Library on Saturday and learn to make your own truffles.

Chocoholics (and you know who you are), this event is for you!

On Saturday, Oct. 13, at 11 a.m., chocolatier Maria Brandriff will give a truffle demonstration at the Southington Library. Stop by and learn how to make your own tasty truffles.

Brandriff, a librarian and self-taught chef, has studied under a professional chocolatier in Arles, France. Among her favorites are Mounds with lime juice, hazelnut, apple spice, and tea-flavored truffles.

All those who attend will take home a chocolate treat!

Space is limited, so please visit the library website to register. For more information, call the library at (860) 628-0947.
