ART in the Yard: A Public Outdoor Art Showing & Sale

Please join us for our very first "ART in the Yard - Public Outdoor Art Showing & Sale" event on Saturday, May 12th from 10am until 3pm.

This will be a collective and collaborative showing & sale consisting of approximately one dozen local independent artists showcasing paintings, photographs, sculptures, ceramics, pottery, handmade jewelry, and more! Artistic pieces will be for viewing and/or sale, and most artists will accept cash or check payment.

This event is FREE and open to the public, and all are encouraged and welcome to stop by and support the local arts in the community. There is no pressure to buy; feel free to come and browse and mingle with the participating artists!

All displayed works are original and independent, so consider purchasing a one-of-a-kind artistic piece for your home, school or organization/company.

This event is sponsored by Arts Happenings, an independent, grassroots organization whose goal is to inspire personal growth through the arts by providing opportunities for education, experience, enrichment and exploration. While there is no formal entry fee for the public, we will be accepting donations for Arts Happenings, as we work toward our goal of becoming a non-profit organization. The donations will go toward achieving non-profit status, as well as funding our fall dramatic production for middle and high school-aged students.
