Looking for a way to share creativity with your young ones? Southingtington Pubic Library has the answer with a drop-in program that offers simple craft fun for toddlers and their caregivers.

Why Go:
Get a lesson in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" during the Kennedy and DePaolo middle school drama club's spring presentson of the play by the same name. Directed by DePaolo Assistant Principal Chris Palmieri, the show includes an extremely talented cast and crew comprising students from both middle schools.
Price:
$4 for students, $7 for adults.

Art Explorers

Where/When:
The New Britain Museum of American Art, 56 Lexington St. in New Britain - (860) 229-0257, Saturday, April 16 at 10:30 a.m.
Why Go: Kids ages 6-8 can find an outlet for their artistic minds with this drop-in program. Students learn to express their creativity using varied art methods and materials to create personal works of art. New themes will be explored each month with different projects weekly.

$5 for members, $7 for non-members.

Southington Elks Lodge No. 1669, 114 Main St. in Southington - (203) 235-4155, Saturday, April 16 at 6:15 p.m.
Why Go: The Knights of Columbus is hosting this dinner dance to help benefit the Southington Relay for Life. Dinner will be served at 6:15 pm with dancing to follow from 8 p.m. until midnight to the music of Nick and Nancy of After All.  The menu includes Chicken Francais, Potato Crusted Cod, Rosemary Roast Pork, Over roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Tri-color Green Bean Medley, Green Salad with House Italian Dressing.

Boston Legends All Star Concert

Where/When: The Palace Theater, 100 E. Main St. in Waterbury, 56 Lexington St. in New Britain – (203) 346-2000, Saturday, April 16, at 7 p.m.
Why Go:
An all-star lineup of musicians will bring their talents together for a spectacular show. The lineup features  artist from Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, The Cars, The James Montgomery Band, The Joe Perry Project, Aerosmith and more.
