Layered Mexican Dip: Cool, Refreshing and Full Of Flavor

A quick and easy dip made in only minutes!

The Fourth of July is here and it’s time to find perfect BBQ dishes that your friends and family will enjoy!

Whether you’re hosting or attending a BBQ, the right recipe has to be both refreshing in the hot sun as well as no-fuss and quick to prepare.

This Mexican dip is an oven-free dip that is served cold, providing you with a cool kitchen and a refreshing dip your guests will love on a hot Fourth of July day.

It's also extremely easy and made up of only a few simple ingredients. It can be prepared in minutes and even made ahead and refrigerated until your guests arrive. A recipe I truly appreciate having when I have a list of items that have to be made in a limited amount of time.

Despite the simplicity of this dish, it's full of wonderful flavor and texture. The smooth creamy cream cheese with the kick of salsa and crunchy peppers finished off with a sharp cheddar cheese topping is a combination that truly satisfies!
