Downton Abbey: Pre-Premiere Tea Or Post-Premiere Discussion?

Our local bookseller, R.J. Julia is trying to decide...what do you think?

Are you a Downton Abbey fan? If so, you surely know Season Three is scheduled to kick off January 6th, 2013. You can keep track of the countdown, and other details about the new season on the PBS website. The Downton Abbey schedule for Season Three is posted as a PDF with this story.

Our local bookseller, R. J. Julia, is trying to decide between a pre-premiere tea and post-premiere discussion. Here is a recent post from the store's Facebook page:

Are you a Downton Abbey Fan? Then let your voice be heard! Season 3 kicks off on Sunday, 1/6 and we feel we MUST celebrate! Should we host a PRE-premiere tea & discussion on Sunday afternoon, OR, should we host a Monday evening POST-premiere tea & discussion? Share your thoughts please!

To weigh in, go to the store's Facebook page post.

I say...both. For the pre-premiere tea we could get what we need at nearby Savvy Tea. For the post-premiere discussion, Downton Abbey Cocktails, perhaps? Where can we get St. Germain elderflower liqueur?

In the meantime, if you are looking for a Downton Abbey-related holiday gift, there are plenty of options available through R. J. Julia's website. See below for more details on that. There are also some items available in the store. Check with the booksellers when you get to the store to see what is currently available. The store is located at 768 Boston Post Road, Madison, CT. If you want to call first, the phone number is 203-245-3959.

Here are some of the items available through the store's website:
