Attorney Timothy Moynahan Moves Into Landmark Waterbury Building

Timothy C. Moynahan, Esq., a recognized “Super Lawyer of New England and Connecticut” 2009 through 2012 by New England “Super Lawyer” magazine, has moved The Moynahan Law Firm to the second floor of 60 North Main Street in Waterbury, the historic Waterbury Savings Bank building.  Additionally, Moynahan expanded the practice’s offices by establishing office space at 49 Peter Street in Southbury.

“After 26 years at 141 East Main Street in Waterbury,” stated Moynahan, “we are delighted to be in this beautiful landmark Waterbury Savings Bank building, and establishing a presence in Southbury. We are also appreciative that our offices are now in close collaborative proximity in both locations to five additional ‘Super Lawyers’ who are members of the Tinley, Nasti, Renehan & Dorst, LLP law firm.” 

Moynahan has been practicing law in the Waterbury region since 1964. He and The Moynahan Law Firm focus their practice on personal injury and criminal defense while collaborating on corporate and commercial law, appellate law, employment and labor, estate and probate, family law and domestic relations, immigration, intellectual property, international law, real estate and workers’ compensation.

A leading attorney in the region, Moynahan is a member of Post University’s online MBA Advisory Council and a past chairman and current board member of the non-profit Palace Theater Group, Inc.  He has also served as the regional coordinator for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the board of governors Connecticut Criminal Trial Lawyers Association.
