THE HAUNTED GRAVEYARD AT LAKE COMPOUNCE FEATURED ON THE TRAVEL CHANNEL ON SEPTEMBER 29th, - ATTRACTION OPENS FRIDAY OCTOBER 4th
The Haunted Graveyard at Lake Compounce is thrilled to announce that it has been voted one of Halloween's scariest thrills by the Travel Channel, and can be seen on their 'Halloween Fright Nights' special which debuted on September 29th. The program will be repeated throughout the month of October. The Haunted Graveyard at Lake Compounce will open for their 13th season, on Friday October 4th, and run weekends through October 27th.
The park is also open and will feature eerie decorations and live actors combing the midway, dressed to thrill. Gates open and 17 rides will operate beginning at 5pm. Kiddieland and Crocodile Cove Water Park will be closed. The Haunted Graveyard is a separate attraction located in the north end of the park and will open at dusk. All guests must enter via the main gates, and are encouraged to arrive early to purchase their timed tickets for the Haunted Graveyard, and then enjoy the park until their show time.

“Every year we see guests from as far away as New Jersey and Rhode Island coming to the Haunted Graveyard, making it an annual tradition because it’s just THAT good”, says general manager Jerry Brick. “Being recognized by the Travel Channel is really a thrill, too. If you’re looking for something fun to do this Fall, add this event to your to-do list, you won’t be disappointed.”
This attraction is rated PG for Pretty Ghoulish, and is not intended for small children or adults who may be frightened easily.

Dates of operation are: October 4-6, 11-13, 18-20 & 25-27. Pricing for anyone age 11 or younger is $17.99 for rides only, $17.99 for Haunted Graveyard only, or $22.99 for both. Pricing for those 12 years of age and older is $22.99 for rides only, $22.99 for Haunted Graveyard only, or $29.99 for both. Group rates available.
