What has Zumba got to do with anyone?  Plenty.  Adults do Zumba.  Kids do it. So do some grandparents.  So why not have a special event at DePaolo Middle School next Monday, March 25, 2013.  The fun starts at 6:30 pm and its for all middle school students, their parents and everyone to watch or participate.

The Zumba event is being hosted by DePaolo’s ABC Classroom as a benefit for STEPS ABC activities, such as “White-Out-Bullying” and other activities that promote a positive school climate while building developmental assets.  “This is a fun and exciting event which provides us all an opportunity to immerse ourselves in diverse cultural rhythms while having fun and being healthy", said Trisha Kenefick, DePaolo Faculty Sports Director and Peer Advocate Advisor.

Students, remind your parents to plan on being there with you.  You need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of Zumba.  Tickets are $5.00 per student/$10.00 for adults who choose to participate in the Zumba.  Maximum per family $20.00. Questions call 860-628-3260 – Ext 7.  We’ll be looking for you and enjoying the antics with you.
