A Great Way for Parents and Kids to Cope with School-Year Ending Stress

“Love is the Lesson, Life is the School” – So says a Connecticut bumper sticker seen around. The lesson is a chapter out of the book of life. With deadlines to meet, spring cleaning, change of seasonal wardrobes, school, sports, study for final exams, projects due, proms, graduations, readying the family for more outdoor activities makes for one of the busiest times of year for parents and kids. Never-ending laundry to be managed, dinner to be prepared, messy kitchen, allergies and the list goes on in a continuously widening circle. Taking another look, it's actually a great time of year to turn these challenges into an opportunity to practice how to love. - -Think about it and the fact that we have this one life to get it down! Presented on Southingon Heartbeat at Patch with thanks for these thoughts to the "Mustard Seeds" and blessings of Fr Simon Devereaux, Cheshire, Legion of Christ, Cheshire.
