Food as Art - At the Aqua Turf - Sunday Nov. 17, 2013

Food as Art - a culinary expo with a dash of local flavor - It happens at the Aqua Turf on Sunday, November 17, 2013 from Noon to 5:00 pm when Calvanese Foundation presents Food Network and Hell's Kitchen contestants at the Food as Art event.

There'll be tastings, samplings and demonstrations from area restaurants at more than 30 booths and exhibits.

The HeartyBoys - Trend-setting Chicago caterers Dan Smith and Steve McDonagh are winners of Search for the Next Food Network Star.
Susan Heaton -  A  Hell’s Kitchen finalist, she is a private chef who develops healthy meal plans with a fresh and simple approach, using local products. 
Kevin Cottle A 2009 runner-upon TV’s Hell’sKitchen, he is the executive chef at the new Fire at the Ridge Restaurant in Middlefield, CT. See him on NBC 30 for Taste of Today.
