The Giving Back Girls and The Arc of Southington are holding a fund raiser for Ben Buckley a seven year old who suddenly passed away from an asthma attack in January.  The Giving Back Girls are a group of volunteers that give back to their community and The Arc of Southington is an organization that provides services for people with disabilities.   

All proceeds will go back to scholarships and grants to students in the schools in our community and to fund allergy and asthma prescriptions and research.  Checks can be made out to Cristin Buckley and dropped off at The Arc of Southington 201 West Main Street Plantsville CT.   

The event will be on April 18, 2014 at the Elk’s Club in Southington from 5pm-8pm.  Since it is Good Friday we will be serving a marinara sauce along with meatballs on the side. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children and can be purchased in advance by calling or stopping at The Arc of Southington 201 West Main Street 860-628-9220 or purchased at the door.

Our focus is always on helping our community and we are very proud of our work.  Please help us make a family smile.  Come have fun with the music of DJ Gary Racine of Ultimate Entertainment and lots of raffle prizes to enjoy!!!
