Halloween Parade Today!

Put on a costume and gather at the bike trail at 6 p.m.

 

The Village of Plantsville Association is getting in the holiday “spirit” a little early by hosting a Halloween costume parade on the Southington bike trail at 6 p.m. today.

The parade begins at the overhead Rails to Trails sign near the corner of Summer and Cowles streets. It ends near Zingarella's restaurant.

Families are encouraged to dress up and walk together.

The parade is part of the Halloween in the Village festivities that include music, entertainment, treats, pumpkin carving, and more! Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. and last until 7. The winners of the pumpkin decorating contest will be announced.
