It's National Pancake Day and across the region, people are celebrating with maple syrup, butter and of course that sweet stack of pancakes! How are you celebrating in Southington today?
At the International House of Pancakes, better known as IHOP, the last six years have brought more than $10 million to support charities. Those going to IHOP today will receive a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes. In return for the pancakes, guests will be asked to leave a donation for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals© or other designated local charities.
