New Holiday Lights Festival Comes to Lake Compounce

Weekend festival of lights runs Nov. 30 - Dec. 23.

Lake Compounce is launching a new way to celebrate the holidays this year.

On weekends from November 30 until Christmas, the park is hosting Holiday Lights shows set to music every half hour at the main gate.

The park, at 186 Enterprise Drive in Bristol, opens at 5 p.m. on Fridays and at 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and stays open until 9 p.m.

In addition to Holiday Lights, Kiddieland rides, family-themed rides and the North Pole Railway will be operating. Indoor activities will include cookie decorating, gingerbread house making and letters to Santa.
