A 4-year-old terrier mix named Sunshine is looking for to be adopted, and the Connecticut Humane Society in Newington is hoping one family will take her home.
"She is sweet, fun, curious and quite the charmer," according to the Connecticut Humane Society website.
Sunshine would prefer to live with a family with children older than 12 years. She is willing to share her living space with other dogs and cats.
"She has shown good manners at the shelter and is definitely willing to entertain the thought of sharing her family with other pets," the Connecticut Humane Society website said.
