Author and historian Thomas Craughwell presents his book “Thomas Jefferson’s Crème Brûlée” in English. The book describes how the founding father and his slave James Hemings introduced French Cuisine to America. AFNWCT members read and converse on the topic in French at 11 a.m. Coffee and Crème Brûlée will be served. For those interested, books signed by the author can be purchased for $20.
