"Clavier a cordes" – Piano and Violin

  Douglas Jayd-Burn, Meetinghouse music director,  has been touring with the  accomplished Rebekah Butler, and they'll join in making beautiful music on the violin and piano.

This is the third in an exciting and varied series of performances by local musicians at the Meetinghouse in the 2013-2014 season, and it features two widely respected musicians in a program of violin-piano duets and solo flights of sound.  The program will feature works by Amy Beach, Sergi Prokiev and Ludwig Beethoven.
The May program in this season will be staged by the talented and prolific Jacques LaMarre, bringing readings of some of his latest works.  Watch for further news on this delightful theatrical evening.
