Wolves to Whales Bus Trip

Join the Directors and volunteers of Wolf Central on Saturday June 1, 2013 for a fun filled day of wildlife education! The day begins in Southington at 7:00am where we will board a luxurious coach bus which will take us to Wolf Hollow in Ipswich, MA. The complete itinerary will be on your ticket.

Wolf Hollow is a non-profit organization established in 1990 to teach people about the importance of the wolf in the wild. Wolf Hollow offers a unique opportunity to view gray wolves in as natural a setting as possible.  After a chance to meet the gray wolves of Wolf Hollow, participants will be able to enjoy a D’Angelo’s box lunch.

With lunch and a quick trip from Ipswich to Gloucester under our belts, we will arrive at 7 Seas Whale Watch. Captain Venterro & his crew take pride in their commitment to education and environmental awareness. Every whale watching trip is led by a professional marine biologist that is there not only to study the whales we see, but also to pass on information to passengers that is fun, educational, and inspires a deeper appreciation for all natural environments.

Upon arriving back in Gloucester harbor participants will have some free time to explore all that the harbor has to offer. Feel free to explore the various shops, museums and restaurants in the area before returning tothe bus for departure at 7:30 pm. We should arrive back in Southington around 11:00 pm.
