Southington's first Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher Training program. Meets weekly on Wednesday's. New students can matriculate in every seventh week. Next date to matriculate in is Weds, 11/28 and Weds, 1/16. In January 2013, a weekend program begins! See www.yogasouthington.com for details!
