Sponsored by the Parent Information Series of Southington Youth Services, the Governor's Prevention Partnership will provide a look into emerging patterns in marketing and alcohol and drug use by today's teens and young adults. The discussion of new products and current usage will include a focus on popular culture, social norms and environment.
