First Congregational Church of Southington is holding a special prayer service for the entire community to come in support and prayer for the victims of the tragedy in Newtown, CT.
The service will be held on Sunday, December 16 at 6:00 p.m. in the meetinghouse, and will include prayer, sacred readings, candle lighting, quiet music and silence. Clergy from other communities will participate and the goal is to make this a community service accessible for everyone. All are welcome.
