$140 Grades 1 – 4 (Bantam Travel)
$ 60 Grades K – 2 (In Town)
$ 20 Discount for additional players after 1st player is registered - excludes In Town Players
Register in person, online by going to our website www.southingtonlacrosse.org and clicking on the "register online" tab or you can also register via mail - make checks payable to “SLA” and mail the registration form, medical waiver form, code of conduct form (all of which can be found on our website under documents) and payment to:

REMEMBER $25 OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE WILL GO DIRECTLY TO USLAX
-- if you register online, you will automatically be directed to the USLAX site to set up or renew your USLAX membership. You will pay $25 to that site and then be directed back to the SLA site to complete registration -- you MUST renew your USLAX membership so that it is valid through 6/30/2013
