Success Cafe Middle School After School Program

SUCCESS CAFE PROGRAM

Enrollment for Session 2 of Success Café, the unique middle school after-school program is now open.  The sessions are held on Tuesdays at Kennedy Middle School and Thursdays at DePaolo Middle School right after school and run for 9 weeks.  The program combines activities, games and snacks with building friendships, methods for handling bullies, building confidence, and improving communication in relationships at home and school and in the community. 

 Success Café uses the Search Institute’s Developmental
Assets framework and specifically focuses on the internal building blocks to healthy decision making and success. 

Enrollment is on a First Come, First Served Basis, and space is limited.  Applications can be obtained in the school offices or by calling Southington Youth Services at 860 276-6281.  There is a fee for the program.
