Flamingos have landed...have you seen them? Flock a Friend - Don't miss out!

Flock or Be Flocked!!!! Back by Popular Demand!
You may have seen them landing in your neighborhood.  Flocks of Pink Flamingos are making their way around town, surprising many and bringing much needed color and excitement to several yards in town.  Where are they coming from?  Boy Scout Troop 45 of Southington is holding their 2nd annual  friendly Flamingo Flocking fundraiser.  For a donation of $20.00, you can order a surprise flocking for your friends and family.  Scouts will help the flamingos land in the yard of your choice*, along with a friendly message for their host.  The flamingos will spend the entire day roosting in each yard, and will then fly off to another unsuspecting host!   Don't want to be flocked? Anti-Flocking insurance is also available for a donation of $10.00.

All proceeds support the activities of Boy Scout Troop 45.

If you would like to join in the fun and flock a friend, find out more or call to reserve your Flocking today!  Flockings begin April 15, but you can reserve your date today!  Call or email Troop 45 Flocking Coordinator, Jeanette McNamara at (860) 680-9927 or Troop45Flocks@gmail.com.

For more information, go to Troop45.net/flockafriend.

*Flockings are limited to Southington area towns and to residential single family houses only.

Don't miss this fun opportunity.  Keep your eyes out your front window, you too may find some flamingos grazing in your yard!
