Very deceiving listing. It wasn't just the house that sold for $1 million, it was the house and the 9+ acres where an new housing development just got approved at P&Z. BUT.... gotta love the conveyance tax the town got on that sale = 1/2 of 1$ to the Town Clerk.

So I gathered from a Google Earth shot. You just gotta love the insider dealings in this town.

LOL LOL Okay Nick, I'll bite. What was the "insider dealings in this town."?? They submitted the proposal, got approved by Conserv Commission and P&Z. They followed all regulations, requirements and restrictions. Enlighten us please? What was the "deal"?
