"Wraping" Your Way to a Healthy Diet

Beware of hidden calories in the wrap!

A wrap can be a "healthy" alternative to a sandwich.

The problem is the typically tortilla packs up to 300 calories and provides ample surface for a surplus of cheese and dressing. All told, the average chicken wrap weighs in at 600 calories - about 50 percent more than the average grilled chicken sandwich.

Avoid the excess cheese and dressings...but enjoy that wrap!
