Sewer rate

Once again,due to the incompetence of our elected officials we will see a major increase in our sewer rates.Who is minding the store here?  It's no help that Mrs. Lounsbury  is willing to TAKE THE HEAT for her incompetence I will still have to pay the bill. Add me to the list of residents moving out of Southington.
