The store in TJ Maxx Plaza, the site of the holiday Toys-R-Us Express, is up for grabs. What's the best way to fill it?

Let's call this a modern spin on community planning - Patch's version of a charette, a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table.

Each week we'll present a new vacant building and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts people most to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Located in the back of the plaza, between the and Payless Shoe Source lies a strip of two consecutive stores that are currently vacant. One has work going on, while the other has seemingly been cast to sit empty for a while.

The economy has continued to flounder but the plaza has seen positive growth over the last decade and the location seems prime to take on a new tenant in the very near future.

So today we ask, what should fill the empty space along the back of the plaza?
