Two people were reportedly injured when a vehicle they were in left an eastbound lane of Interstate 84 in Southington Wednesday evening.
Southington police and fire reported that a vehicle that went off of Interstate 84 east and into a wooded embankment landed in about three feet of water in a river, according to a WFSB report.
Firefighters had to extricate two occupants from the vehicle and both were taken to Hartford Hospital, according to the report.
