Southington police reported the following arrests:
Stephen C. McLay, 23, of 64 Lillian Road in Bristol, was arrested on charges of second-degree failure to appear, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, Feb. 24.
Rachel C. Libbey, 24, of 80 Washington St. in Bristol, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, three counts of sale of narcotics and three counts of possession of narcotics, Feb. 24.
Dawn M. Martin, 19, of 39 Washington St. in Bristol, was arrested on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, Feb. 23.
Stacy L. Roberts, 40, of 211 Carter Lane in Southington, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and two counts of risk of injury to a minor, Feb. 23.
