Southington police reported the following arrests:
Phiron N. Mann, 27, of 386 Monroe St. in New Britain, was arrested on one charge of second-degree failure to appear, March 30. Ct FTA 2nd 4/12/2011 $5,500.00
Scotty Potter, 24, of 56 Russell Ave. in Middletown, was arrested on one charge of third-degree larceny, March 31.
