Southington police reported the following arrests:
Carl Marrero, 28, of 505 Emmett St. in Bristol, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, failure to drive and passing another car in a no passing zone, April 6.
Michael Gilflin Rowland, 31, of 234 Sherman Ave. in Meriden, was arrested on charges of fifth-degree larceny, disobey officer signal, engaging in pursuit, operating a motor vehicle without a license, misuse of marker plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, tinted glass without an inspection sticker, passing in a no passing zone, traffic control signal and reckless driving, April 7.
Nicole Ann Gamble, 25, of 236 W. Main St. in Meriden, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, April 7.
