Domestic, Assault, Drug Charges Logged in Busy Weekend for Police

Take a look at the arrests from over the weekend, which include several domestic cases, an assault with a Christmas ornament (yes, really) and a drug scam.


The reported the following arrests:

Lori A. Matteson, 34, of 112 Eagle Lane in Newington, was charged with eight counts of possession of narcotics, eight counts of obtaining prescription medications through fraud, five counts of third-degree identity theft and seven counts of criminal impersonation, Nov. 24.

Patrick Brew, 32, of 216 Bond St. in New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, Nov. 25.

Edwin Gomez, 44, of 69 Broad St. in Plainville, was charged with violation of a protective order, Nov. 25.

Massielle Perez, 21, of 117 Arden Road in Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Nov 25.

Joel E. Falero, 29, of 10 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 25.

Terrance E. Secore, 54, of 10 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 25.

Michael A. Mongillo, 51, of 677 Pleasant St. in Southington, was charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and stop sign violation, Nov. 25.

Patricia M. Michaud-Poland, 64, of 211 Sunnydale Ave. in Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence, evading responsibility in an accident, unsafe tires and failure to maintain proper lane, Nov. 26.

Kristen M. Belanger, 35, of 33 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 27.

, 55, of 127 Burritt St. in Plantsville, was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 27.

Joseph M. Richardson, 28, of 932 Wethersfield Ave. in Hartford, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, Nov. 26.

 The preceding arrest information was reported by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
