Drug Charges, Larceny Charges and More Logged in Busy Week

A look back at the past week in arrests, which include charges against a Bristol man that police said had been dealing drugs in town since last December.

A 25-year-old Bristol resident is facing various drug charges after police said he was arrested in connection with four separate marijuana sales in Southington dating back to December of 2010.

Officers took Matthew Semplice, of 4 Soucy Drive in Bristol, into custody on Friday after he was pulled over for an unrelated traffic offense. He was arraigned Monday in Bristol Superior Court Monday on charges including four counts of possession of marijuana and four counts of sale of marijuana.

Semplice, 25, was released after posting bond. Further information regarding the arrest was not immediately available.

Rafael Santos, 40, of 172 Glen St. in New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Oct. 28.

Angel Rivera, 43, of 1923 Park St. in Southington, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, Oct. 28.

Robert Pala, 26, last known address at 15 Knollwood Drive in Wallingford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary, Oct. 28.

Michael R. Cari, 34, of 633 Pleasant St. in Southington, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, Oct. 28.

Albert J. Rodriguez, 34, of 282 Farnham St. in Lawrence, Mass., was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of second-degree breach of peace, Oct. 29.

Jose L. Casanova, 66, of 231 Hitchcock Road in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Oct. 31.

Patricia Pfeiffer, 40, of 456 Atwater St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 1.

Lisa Marie Felton, 25, of 129 Robin Lane in Cheshire, was charged with illegal delivery of alcohol to a minor, Nov. 1.

Javier E. Arroyo, 18, of 125 Howard Ave. in Southington, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of sixth-degree larceny, Nov. 2.

Bernard L. Wagner, 35, of 413 W. Center St. in Southington, was charged with third-degree larceny, Nov. 2.

Michael A. Mongillo, 51, of 677 Pleasant St. in Southington, was charged with criminal impersonation and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, Nov. 1.

Avishen Nadim, 30, of 115 Ciccolella Court in Southington, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance, Nov. 2.

Michael Boratynski, 26, of 115 Ciccolella Court in Southington, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance, Nov. 2.

Tyler French, 22, of 73 Todd Road in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 2.

Tyler C. Burns, 18, of 301 Main St. in Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of alcohol by a minor, Nov. 3.

James R. Michanczyk, 20, of 99 DeFashion St. in Plantsville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of alcohol by a minor, Nov. 3. 

Laura Ann Nelson, 41, of 36 Zwicks Farm Road in Plantsville, was charged with third-degree larceny, Nov. 3.

Andrew J. Drwiega, 36, of 275 Berlin Ave. in Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation, Nov. 3.

Rebecca L. Camacho, 25, of 778 South End Road in Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 4.

Angela C. Jones, 40, of 8 Fairway Drive in Wethersfield, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and interfering with an officer, Nov. 4.

Lisa A. Charette, 54, of 384 Hitchcock Road in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 4.

Sheri E. Fleming, 50, of 772 S. Main St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 7.

Cheryl Marek-Zakrewski, 44, of 81 Werking St. in Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 4.

Kenneth J. Zakrewski, 47, of 81 Werking St. in Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 4.

Cheryl Marek-Zakrewski, 44, of 81 Werking St. in Plantsville, was charged with violation of conditions of release and first-degree criminal trespassing, Nov. 5.

Raymond E. Pivee III, 49, of 25 Tauton St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 5.

Adam M. Hotham, 21, of 410 Main St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Nov. 5.

Thomas J. Morris, 48, of 397 South End Road in Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 5.
