Florida Man Charged in Three Drug Sale Cases

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Florida man is facing multiple charges after police said he was allegedly involved in selling marijuana in town over the course of 2012.

Officers served a warrant on Justin D. Kosko, of 1398 Coverbrook Lane in Sebastian, Fla., on April 11. Kosko, 21, was charged with three counts of possession of marijuana and three counts of sale of marijuana.

The reported the following arrests:

Michael A. Etcheto, 22, of 34 Whitney Ave. in Southington, was charged with interfering with an officer, April 10.

Daniel B. Griffith, 51, of 85 College Ave. in Southington, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, April 11.

Travis J. DiBenedetto, 30, of 11 River St. in Southington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, April 11.

Jonathan L. Young, 53, of 246 Spring Lake Road in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, April 12.

Daniel B. Griffith, 51, of 85 College Ave. in Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order, April 13.
