It's Another Arrerst for the Rockville Patrol

This time, a teen is charged with larceny.

This week, it was another late-night arrest for the Rockville beat cops.

At 10:45 p.m. Thursday, Victor Rivera, 19, of 39 Village St., was taken into custody at his residence by police working out of the Ward Street sub-station, according to an arrest report.

Rivera was charged with fifth-degree larceny, the report indicates.

His bond was set at $2,500, police said.

cops on foot much more effective way to go. lets clean up this otherwise nice place to live and work.

Isn't this like the 3rd time in over the last couple months this guy has been arrested???
